We believe, ethics and integrity are the cornerstones to a constructive and trustful relationship. Our rules of conduct are as follows.

We take pride in our Executive and Organisational expertise, we will therefore always voice our views towards higher levels of ethics, diversity and women representation at clients’ organisations. We place confidentiality at the heart of our business dealings. We will always carefully consult with clients to validate the limits of disclosure. We do not approach candidates employed by our clients unless we have explicit permission to do so. We believe in clarity in communicating. We always keep our clients informed of all the steps of our processes as they occur. We do so with transparency and integrity. Candidates suitable for hire are screened for references, eligibility to work in the country and Industry, certifications and all relevant documents according to local legislations and practices.

Candidates: Candidates are presented without bias to our clients because they are the best fit for purpose, therefore we select them based on expertise, experience, intellectual agility and ability to make a lasting difference in our client’s organisation. We do not discriminate on ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, origin, political views nor beliefs. Candidates who apply will always receive a prompt response. If candidates appear suitable, we will discuss their qualities and motives with them personally. An honest and confidential relationship in which the candidate can share important and relevant information with us is critical to us.
